If your pet is a patient at our veterinary hospital and is on a specific veterinary diet, we would be happy to order or set some aside for you. Please fill out the following form and we will let you know when your food will be available. Please be aware that there is a 24 hour delay inherent in the web server before we can receive your order. These requests are downloaded Monday through Friday at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm only. On Saturday and Sunday the requests will not be downloaded until Monday morning. We will notify you by either e-mail or telephone to confirm the order. Please feel free to call and speak to the reception staff directly at any time.
