If you need a medication refill for your pet, we would be glad to help out through this web site. Please complete the information requested below and send it to us. Medication refills can only be made for current patients of our animal hospitals. Each refill is subject to review by the veterinarian. You will be contacted if your pet is due for an exam and/or blood work. The College of Veterinarians of Ontario (CVO) dictates that any animal on chronic medication be seen by the veterinarian every 6 months. In addition, the long term use of medications generally dictates monitoring of blood work in order to screen for potential side-effects. This is to ensure that your pet gets the very best of care. Please be aware that there is a 24 hour delay inherent in the web server before we can receive your order. The prescription refill requests are downloaded Monday through Friday at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm only. On Saturday and Sunday the requests will not be downloaded until Monday morning. We will notify you by either e-mail or telephone when your medication request is ready to pick up. We require 24 hour turn around time. If your medication refill is more urgent than this, please call and speak to the reception staff directly.
